Delivery

• Delivery Area: We deliver to all areas within South Africa even beyond the borders of South Africa.
• Delivery Times: Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• Delivery Method: We use courier service, in-house delivery team and buses in case you want that method.
• Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email or SMS once your order has been processed
• Delivery to Doorstep: Our deliveries are made to your doorstep or closer to you depending with your delivery information and accessibilty If you have specific instructions or restrictions, please let us know in the order notes.

Signature upon Delivery:
A signature is required upon delivery is a must. If no one is available to sign, our delivery team will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collection (extra charges may apply).

Delivery Timescales:

Estimated delivery times are same day around in some cases for places in main towns and that is between 2-4 hours after purchase then next day delivery for orders made after 3:30pm, for places out of main towns we do 2-7 working days.
